If your order is customized and/or personalized, I do not accept returns. If you decide to return the item after we have discussed it, shipping to return the item will not be reimbursed (We must have discussed this return and agreed on it, as well as partial refund/refund/remake). I do not insure mailed packages. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail, or items that are lost due to any incorrect information that you provide when checking out. Please double check the mailing address you have listed when you make your purchase. If you need to change the shipping address, I will cancel your order so you can place it with the correct shipping address.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages: shipments that are mailed through the USPS will not be refunded due to lost, damaged or delayed packages unless insurance was purchased on such shipment by the customer. Insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer and additional fees will be incurred by the customer.
