● We will let you know once your item has been shipped, both for normal orders and pre-orders (which will only be shipped after they are ready, as the listings will tell you);
● We do international shipping. Our base is in Portugal (Europe);
● Please be patient, the package might take different times to reach you, depending on where you live. Here are the the usual shipping times from here (Portugal, EU) to:
* Countries that belong to the EU: one to two weeks;
* European countries outside the EU: two to three weeks;
* North America (United States and Canada): two to four weeks (depening on customs clearance);
* Anywhere else: three to five weeks (depening on customs clearance).
● As of today (October 2017), we offer normal (not-tracked) and tracked shipping for all of our items. Normal shipping is free, but it won't have a tracking number, while tracked mail will provide a number that will allow you to track your package as it is on its way to you. The travel time is roughly the same, for normal and tracked mail;
● Because of this, and because it is your choice what service to pick, from October 2017 onwards, we are NOT responsible for any losses that might occur after the product is already out of our hands. We'll have proof that it was sent to you;
● We apologize but, due to some problems that have happened in the past (and far too many packages getting lost on the way), we will only ship to India, Mexico and the Philippines if tracked mail is paid for by the buyer;
● We try to do a regular study of the post office shipping prices, so we can bring you the most affordable shipping possible, at all times;
● Keep in mind, we will only ship your item after it has already been paid for. Also, we cannot ship during weekends and/or days off (the post office is closed!). We will also not be able to ship any items during our holidays (we will let everyone know when that happens at the main page of our shop, underneath the title);
● There might be times when the post office will inform us that due to an abnormal increase in mail volume, due to Holidays (like Christmas or Easter) or due to other problems outside our control, there might be delays to mail delivery. When this happens, we will make a warning on the main page of the shop, on the "Announcement" area. If there is a warning, please keep in mind things might take anywhere from the usual time to a bit longer to get to you;
