In the old-fashioned European, New York or Long Island, and Jewish bakeries, we make our delcos / rugelachs fresh twice a day! Some of our long time customers call them rugelach or roglìt (רוֹגְלִית). These traditional European pastries or cookies will melt in your mouth!

Place them on a pastry dish for family or friends. Great for snacking, with coffee, tea, dessert, or as a meal.
Many flavors are available and baked fresh each day.

Our mini-rugelach pastries closely resemble "schnecken cookies", an eastern European Polish, Russian, Ukrainian) Jewish pastry.

Depending on the flavor, some of the pastries are rolled into a cylinder and sliced, a flat spiral, or formed by individual triangles of natural dough rolled into wonderful shapes.

Our Rugalach is one of our signature items. They are great-tasting, delicate little treats!
