IF YOU WANT/NEED A MOCK-UP OF THE DESIGN FOR APPROVAL PLEASE SELECT THE CUSTOM DESIGN OPTION.

-Choose your bottle color i.e white.

-Choose design. i.e monogram and frame if you want a frame around your monogram.

In the NOTE TO SELLER leave:

- Design choice color (list on the 7th picture)

- Font choice or monogram choice (list on 8th or 9th pic)

- Name or Your 3-letter INITIALS in this order: first, LAST, middle. Example: If your name is Emma Katherine Watson, your letters will be e W k. On the finished product, your last initial will be the larger initial in the middle, and your first & middle initials will be slightly smaller on either side.

- Any other essential information if applicable.

Please DOUBLE CHECK spelling, dates, name etc. in NOTE TO SELLER. Shop is not responsible for any spelling error due to buyer error.
