EU Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy : Instant Snap

1. Your Right to Withdraw (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU or EEA) and purchase a physical product from our shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the date on which you, or a third party you nominate, physically receive the goods. This is known as the “right of withdrawal” or “cooling-off period.”

To exercise this right, you must notify us (Instant Snap) of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period. You may use our provided model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.

2. Exclusions and Exceptions
The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

Digital items that are delivered electronically (e.g., instant downloads, digital files) once you have started the download or expressly agreed to waive your right of withdrawal.

Custom-made or personalized products created specifically for you upon order.

Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed and used.

If an exemption applies, this will be clearly stated in the product listing.

3. How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. You can contact us via Etsy’s messaging system or by email with:

Your name and order number

A statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

A sample withdrawal form (optional to use) can be provided upon request.

4. Returning Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal:

You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise before purchase.

You should return the items in the condition received; unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging when possible.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (or proof of its return shipment), we will process your refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will include your original purchase price.

If you have not returned the goods yet, we may withhold refunding you until we receive the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

6. Information Requirements
Under EU law, we are required to inform you about your right to withdraw before the purchase is completed and include this information in our shop policies. If we fail to do this, the withdrawal period may be extended by up to 12 months beyond the original 14-day period.
