Custom and personalized orders

⭐ Please note that handstamped items are just that – they are stamped by hand, not a machine. Stampings may not be perfect - character spacing, stamping depth and letter alignment will vary - but this simply adds to the charm and the character of the piece. No two items are alike, but they are all lovely! We cannot accept returns because you don't feel the letters are stamped straight enough, we get them as straight as possible but each piece is unique.

⭐ Jenna Scifres Designs reserves the right to reproduce custom-requested items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as sample photos. All photos of completed work are the property of Jenna Scifres Designs and cannot be used without our permission.

⭐ Sterling Silver/Silver Filled – Use jewelry polishing cloth or sterling silver cleaner. If you wear sterling silver/silver filled daily, it won't tarnish. ⭐ Silver Plated – Silver plated wire has a special coating to resist tarnish, but you can clean with jewelry polishing cloth. Please do not wear while washing hands, bathing, or using household cleaners to prevent plating damage. ⭐ Copper/Brass– Use a small mixture of water, vinegar, and a bit of salt to clean. You can even use straight ketchup to polish them. ⭐ Aluminum/Steel – Use jewelry polishing cloth, then wash with hand soap and water after polishing. ⭐ Gemstones/Crystals – Wash lightly with hand soap and water or commercial jewelry cleaner.

Adjusting Cuff Bracelets

⭐ Our cuff bracelets are adjustable. They can be adjusted by slightly widening the bracelets on the ends and sliding them onto the side of your wrist, then rotating to the front of your wrist and tightening. They should only be opened a small amount and will last a very long time. Be very careful when you adjust it so you don’t make the cuff an odd shape or damage it. If you bend the middle area of your cuff by repeatedly opening and closing a wide amount, you may damage the bracelet.

How do I customize my order?

After adding an item to your shopping cart, you will see an optional "message to seller" box where you can leave a note with your custom requests. For personalized stamped jewelry, make sure to double check your spelling and punctuation. We will engrave exactly as described. We make every item in the order that we receive the invoice. Although we try to review every order immediately, sometimes we don't see the notes until your piece is being made. For specific questions about your order, please send us a direct message.

Proprietary / Photography Rights

We reserve the right to photograph our jewelry and pet tags, whether finished or in production, including personalized and custom work. We may use these photos in listings and advertising. We will never share any identifying information of our customers.

Grandma Bangle Bracelet with Grand Babies' Birthstones! A fabulous gift idea for new grandmothers with one birthstone, all the way up to experienced Grandmothers with 20 or more grandchildren! If you have more than 20 birthstones you would like, please message me and I will create a special listing for you.

All birthstones are high quality Swarovski crystals. Please note January and July are the same red shade in Swarovski crystals. The silver disc has all capital letters in a fun font, with your choice of Grandma name and a heart shape on disc.

Bracelet material is high-quality stainless steel bangle with thick wire that is adjustable for any wrist size and super comfortable. If you would like to upgrade your bangle to solid sterling silver, Please select the upgrade during checkout. It is an extra charge and your bangle will be made out of solid .925 sterling silver.

During checkout:
- Choose number of birthstones (later you will be able to message me the Birthstone Months)
- Choose stainless steel or sterling silver bangle
- Choose name on disc

***PLEASE NOTE: You will only choose the NUMBER of birthstones... then once you have added to your cart, you will be able to send me a message with the MONTHS.***

After you have added to your cart:
- Please write in "Note to Seller" - what birthstone months you need, I will even put them in order of oldest to youngest or whatever order you would like.
- Please write in another name other than those listed if you call your Grandmother by another name - If under 8 characters, it will be in the regular font. If more than 8 characters, it will be in a smaller block font.
