All domestic US orders will come with tracking to ensure safe delivery to all buyers using a First Class Mail. International orders will including tracking as well and shipped with USPS. Please message me if you have additional questions.

Currently, the estimated times are 3-5 business days though most orders received by 6 PM CST will be packed the same night and shipped out within the next business day.

All washi tapes will be wrapped around a plastic bobbin. Skinny washi that comes as a duo will be combined. Please add a note prior to checkout if you wish for them to be separated. Otherwise, they will come as is.

Once the package is shipped out, it is out of my control. If only the shipping is purchased at the time, your order will be refunded and you may repurchase with the corrected and/or updated shipping information.

If you wish to combine your purchase with an order from earlier in the day, it must be an order that was ordered the same calendar date. Also, please write a note to the seller (me), in future purchases if you wish to combine. Of course, this is situational and you may send me a message if you have additional questions.

Due to the nature of these products, all buyers have a two-hour window to cancel orders. Otherwise, all sales are final.
