Unfortunately, we can not make any shipping time guarantees for international deliveries especially during covid situation. Sometimes it's hard to track package, it might show no updates because during covid post system do not update tracking information often. Please check your mailbox once in the while - it might be already there.

Our shop is not responsible for delayed or lost orders except orders with insurance. That’s why we highly recommend to order extra insurance. All orders are shipped using priority registered with tracking number mail. This depends entirely on the weight of the order being mailed. All orders will have a tracking number. Mail gets delayed during heavy Holiday seasons so please plan your purchase at least 1-2 weeks earlier than usual shipping time.

Overseas orders have a higher risk for thievery. ONCE SHIPPED, YOUR ITEM CAN TAKE UP TO SEVERAL WEEKS TO ARRIVE. While unlikely, there have been a few cases where the package gets caught up in customs & it took longer to get there. This can be irritating, as I can imagine, waiting for your item to arrive. We want you to be 100% HAPPY with your purchase from us! All items are custom printed at the time of order so we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer size exchanges (EXCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS for. Example custom numbrers, texts)). Simply convo us to setup an exchange and for additional return instructions. Return shipping and New order shipping is paid by the buyer.

Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached. Items that have been laundered, worn or have odors such as smoke, perfumes, cosmetics, etc are not eligible for size exchange. Items returned without prior arrangement may not be accepted for an exchange.

Our production warehouse is running 24/7 which means your order is immediately pulled, printed and shipped directly to you without hesitation. Please note all packages are registered - postman will require your signature. It's more secure way to get the package because nobody except you can take it and you can always track where your package is. If you are working at daytime, do not have possibility to take the package please don't worry - you can always take your package in local post office or contact it for redeliver. If you can't see an updates for a while, don't worry - sometimes they do not update them often. Please come back after some time and you will see them.

Please do not iron directly on a heat transfer design. Just like you never iron directly to the vinyl when applying, you won’t ever want to do that after laundering. The high heat on the vinyl will melt the vinyl and or burn the adhesive. Regardless, ironing directly on vinyl is a great way to ruin a shirt. If you must iron the shirt, make sure to use low heat and place a dish towel or cloth over the transfer.
