We love to do personalization & custom orders! Let me know what you have in mind! Need something in a different size, a stenciled name, etc.? We can do that!

95% of orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance, courtesy email of shipping confirmation and tracking number, and a 2-3 day transit time!

Custom and personalized orders

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

All item sizes, exact description of what is included, and/or where applicable the color(s) of items are clearly listed in the items description of every item we sell. Therefore we will NOT accept returns on items that a customer deems too small, too large, color being slightly off due to differences in moniter settings, etc. Please read the entire description carefully before ordering to ensure the size, quantity and color are what you want.

All greenery and flowers are artificial and are shipped loose/unglued so you can switch them out with something different or add to what is there whenever you like!

All of the items we sell that are painted are given a slight, authentic looking beautiful distressed finish, including wood for wall decor items & boxes and jars & vases. If you prefer a solid painted coat let me know in the "NOTE" section during checkout.

What happens if my order is returned to the seller?

In the case of a purchase being returned to me by USPS due to a wrong address given by purchaser, a request to USPS with a forwarding address that has expired, etc. we usually offer either a refund of the purchase price or offer to re-send the package to you. IN THE CASE OF A REFUND, BUYER WILL BE ISSUED A FULL CREDIT LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WHETHER THE ITEM WAS ORDERED WITH "FREE SHIPPING" OR NOT. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. IN THE CASE OF BUYER WANTING ME TO RE-SHIP THE ITEM, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST WHETHER OR NOT THEY ORIGINALLY PAID FOR SHIPPING OR IT WAS SENT WITH "FREE SHIPPING". I will happily supply proof of shipping costs upon request.
