All items will be shipped within 1-3 days after we receive your payment. "Made to order" items will be shipped after time which is written on the listing page.

Shipping to countries such as Europe will take about 12-18 days,
USA 15 -25 work days
Canada 30-45 days (often delayed at Сustoms)
Italy 25-45 work days
Australia 30-40 work days.

Please keep in mind that post offices are usually slower in holiday time. Be sure you leave enough time for your order to come, especially if you want it for a special occasion.

If you are shopping for Christmas, 1st December is the last day for holiday purchases. Post services are usually slower in a holiday season and we can not guarantee that your purchase will arrive on time if you buy it later.

If the order is canceled later than 6 hours after placement, the amount of the refund -15% administrative fee.

Refunds are made only if, by our agreement, the parcel was sent back with the track number and the goods returned whole, with no signs of use (the shipping cost is not refundable). The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

If the parcel was delivered to your postal office, but you did not pick it up on time and the goods were sent back, I am not responsible for this. In this case, the funds are not refundable.

I’m not VAT registered! Therefore, the amount of the order does not include the taxes of the country of destination (except USA and Canada). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. All my packages are very secure, and sent with tracking numbers, please contact your country post office for any broken item or missing package. Depending on the weight and size of the goods, I look for the best delivery method in each case. I will try to speed up the delivery of your order. To do this, I can send goods to intermediate warehouses in the United States and then transfer them to USPS. If the delivery method of your parcel differs from the standard one, you will receive an additional letter with delivery details.
