CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR VINYL

If purchasing a decal with smaller details please note it will have faster wear and tear. If you are placing a vinyl decal on any kind of drinkware you must HAND WASH only (gently dab area with decal, do not rub). Wash with cold or luke warm water, using a soft wash cloth or sponge. Do not leave soaking. Vinyl objects should not be placed in the dishwasher or microwave. This helps your vinyl last for some time. The vinyl is permanent outdoor vinyl, however it can be removed with some effort. The vinyl is made to be applied to the exterior of items.

VINYL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

When applying vinyl you want to apply it to a clean smooth surface. Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol or soap and water, never any other cleaning agent. Let dry. Rub your decal with a vinyl squeegee, credit card or old gift card, to make sure it is adhered to the transfer tape. Smooth out any bubbles. Slowly peel paper backing away from transfer tape and your decal should be sticking to the transfer tape at that point. If not, slowly place back and continue rubbing with card etc. until it sticks. Once your decal sticks slowly place on surface of your choosing and smooth out any bubbles. Rub again and begin slowly peeling back transfer tape. Your decal should be in place. *DO NOT APPLY VINYL TO INTERIOR WALLS OR POROUS OBJECTS*

Items will ship within 1-5 business days. That does not include weekends or holidays. Holiday season shipping can be unpredictable, allow extra time for orders to arrive. Please verify that your address is correct before placing a order, I cant ship to a incorrect address, you will receive a refund. If you notice a mistake please let me know 2 hours after purchase, otherwise I may not be able to make changes. I'm not responsible for delays due to incorrect, non-deliverable addresses (you must repay shipping to have resent) delays caused by weather or other causes beyond my control. If order is RTS and emails go unanswered, buyer will receive refund minus shipping cost. Allow 48 hours for USPS tracking to update.

Due to the custom/made to order nature of items, all sales are FINAL. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. No refunds will be granted. This also applies to incorrect info given by the buyer.

CONSIDER SURFACES VINYL IS APPLIED TO

Vinyl used is permanent outdoor vinyl, it can cause damage if applied to inadequate surfaces. This vinyl can be applied to laptops, steel tumblers, glass, outdoor windows, hard smooth structures (boats, hard plastics, cars, metal). This vinyl should not be applied to walls, porous surfaces, flimsy plastics and materials. Certain chemicals, paint, and temperature can cause your vinyl to not stick or react to a surface, such as a humid environment or cold environment. If decal will not lift from the backer paper, or transfer tape leave flat under a book and allow your decal to become room temperature for up to 24 hrs. Temperatures can cause a decal to not release/stick to your surface. If temp is to frigid or warm wait for temps to regulate.

If your order has not been delivered within the USPS 2-6 business days or is marked delivered but not received please follow the tips below for assistance. Wait another business day or two, sometimes mail is marked delivered accidentally. Check in with neighbors or look around structures to see if it was hidden to prevent theft. Reach out to your LOCAL post office. Ask who delivered the parcel, and ask details about the delivery. Carrier vans have GPS trackers. If your order still does not show up please complete a package search with USPS at the link below: https://www.usps.com/help/missing Begonia and Bloom cannot reimburse or replace orders that were misdelivered, marked delivered, or stolen. REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

Begonia & Bloom does not issue refunds or replacements, due to all items being made to order or custom made. This also applies to buyer application issues, and incorrect information given by the buyer. Begonia & Bloom does not refund or replace orders marked as delivered, orders misdelivered, or stolen. Please be sure that your receiving location is secure. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a safe secure location. USPS does not cover theft when your package is marked delivered. If you believe your package has been stolen you need to file a police report. If your location is not secure for receiving packages, please consider an alternate location or a PO box. Please review all listings, FAQS, and policies prior to your purchase.

WHAT IS A VINYL DECAL

A vinyl decal consists of the vinyl itself on backer paper, with clear transfer tape over top. The transfer tape is used to help remove the vinyl from the backer paper and apply it to the surface of your choice. Once you transfer the vinyl to your surface following the included application instructions, you remove the clear transfer tape. Once finished the backer paper, and transfer tape can be discarded. There is no background colors, just the vinyl itself in the design you chose. The vinyl is cut with a cutting machine that cuts out your design.
