No returns on custom or personalized orders. This includes all ring box orders. Please message me with any problem. I will happily work hard to make it right for you.

Products shipped to the EU

Any non-exempt item may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt, by EU residents only, by first contacting me and explaining your reason for return. No returns based on refusal to pay your import fees. An item that has sat in Customs due to your refusal to pay import fees will result in substantial penalty fees due to loss of re-sale time of your item, said fee to be determined by me, the Shop Owner. Please ask all questions prior to committing to purchase any item that must be shipped overseas, to avoid costly returns. shipping fees are never reimbursed.

All returns of non -exempt items must notify me within 24 hours of receipt, & returned within 3 days. See above for exempt items. Please do not ask me to take back a ring box based upon a the color you chose, or a monogram you chose. I will work closely with you to insure color matching if the proper listing is purchased. Those boxes purchased directly from a listing will not be refunded based upon color matching. All monitors and people display and see color differently. If color matching is very important to you, please purchase swatches or the Custom Color listing for your ring box. This will insure happiness with your color. I DO NOT REFUND MY SHIPPING COSTS UPON RETURN OF ANY ITEM IN WHICH FREE SHIPPING WAS RECEIVED AT PURCHASE.

Most rings can be resized by your local jeweler up or down several ring sizes. Please ask if you see a ring you love but is not in your size.

Can I return a ring I purchased?

You can, but not due to size unless the ring is not re-sizable, due to its design ( full eternity ring, etc). There is a 20% restocking fee for any return. This covers the liability of shipping one-off rings through the mails and to get the ring to you safely. You are also responsible for the return cost of the ring and the original shipping cost. The ring must be returned in the same condition as it was upon receipt and must be returned via Fed Ex 3-Day or faster. This policy also applies to other pieces of jewelry that are not rings, with exception of the sizing policy. The cost of returning a piece of jewelry also includes my shipping cost to you, through Fed Ex. Free shipping does not apply to returns.

This sweet burgundy Oval Ring Box is beyond elegant for any wedding, wedding photo shoots, styled shoots or marriage proposals. The oval shape is eternal and symbolizes the circularity of love, marriage, and family. The burgundy oval ring box is unique and one of my favorite designs. My handmade boxes are each made to order for you by me. I design, create, and produce these lovely oval ring boxes so that each one is uniquely yours, yet each box will be uniform in size and look. If I would not be thrilled to receive the box it doesn't leave my shop.

While the nature of handmade dictates that each box will be uniquely yours, you rest assured that all of our materials are USA sourced and the boxes are constructed to be a family heirloom, right here in the United States.

The tiny burgundy oval box is roughly 5 cm wide and 4 cm deep while the medium size oval ring box is about 6 cm wide and 4.5 cm deep. Both boxes stand almost 4 cm tall when closed.

Monograms

You may add a monogram to the top of all velvet boxes at the Family Joolz. The oval ring box is no exception. If you would like to personalize your box with an embroidered letter monogram or even a three letter monogram, please visit and add our monogram listing to your cart with the box here:

We, at The Family Joolz, restrict our suppliers to all small business owners who use domestic products, with the exception of the velvets themselves, since this gorgeous material is not manufactured here in the United States, yet. I know that no Chinese child or other unacceptable labor source is behind any aspect of my product or it's making.

My designs are my own, and I build each box for you, so you get exactly what you ordered.

My newest obsession are these beautifully crafted velvet ring boxes. I love the unique oval shape! It fits my wedding set nicely with a little room on each side. The color is a rich burgundy (though the pictures make it look a little pink). I’m obsessed. I just wish I stumbled upon this earlier .. would have loved the burgundy box for my wedding. Highly recommend! The owner/crafter is very thorough and answers quickly (since I had a lot of questions). Would definitely order more in the future!
