We STRONGLY suggest printing a sample of your design at the place you will be having them printed at, PRIOR to requesting the final design.

No. Digital files on Etsy are too large to download them onto a phone. Currently Etsy does not offer a download option in your purchase history on their mobile app for this very reason. Once you have made your purchase you will need to log into Etsy on a desktop or laptop to download your files. You can download them from the link provided in the automated email from Etsy or you can log in and go to your purchase history and download them. You will see a black button beside every digital order that says DOWNLOAD. Click on that and it will take you to the file from that order.

Custom files will be emailed to you in a high resolution, 300 dpi JPG format (unless otherwise noted).

Printing can be done anywhere that prints JPGs (Walgreens, Staples, etc). Please confirm that you are printing the same size that you ordered.

In this notice you will find a note prompting you to look in your email for your file.
