Your order will be professionally and freshly printed on Epson Ultra Premium heavyweight matte paper using Epson K3 Ultra Chrome Pigment Ink that is archival quality and will last under glass for over 200 years. Some sizes include a small white border for easy framing.

I ship daily via USPS first class mail. Rush shipping is available. Prints will be packaged with love and shipped securely in a sturdy mailer promptly after payment. Frame not included.

Please keep in mind that computer monitors display color differently than on paper therefore the color you see on your screen may be slightly different than the actual printed color.

I only send proofs by request for time's sake. Please request this in the notes at checkout. You will receive a digital proof (thru ETSY conversations unless otherwise requested) for your approval within 1-2 days. If you do not reply to approve your proof, I will make another attempt to contact you via ETSY and your listed email. If after 3 days you have still have not answered I will send out your items as ordered.

Each item is made to order. Please allow up to 3 business days for a proof request, and 1 business day for prints to ship (after approval of proof). If you need an item by a certain date please note it at checkout and I will try my best to accommodate you.

US items are shipped via USPS First Class/Priority mail and generally arrive in 3-4 business days. All shipped orders within the US include Delivery Confirmation/Tracking.

International items ship USPS First Class and arrive within 6-10 business days, but can take longer than 2 weeks if they are held up by customs.

I CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR ITEMS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD AS DELAYS OFTEN HAPPEN WITH THE POST OFFICE.

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

If I send your item to the wrong address that you have supplied, I can't send you another one unless the post office returns the first one to me. Customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If the item has been damaged in transit, please email me a photo of the damage so I can send you a replacement item.

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for US and 2-4 weeks for International orders to arrive before reporting them as lost. If your item has not arrived after that time I will contact USPS and open a case to locate it. If the item is not found, then I will gladly send a replacement.
