When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Usually, we ship by airmail with tracking number, if you need faster delivery - contact me. It usually takes: North America: 3-5 weeks Europe: 2-5 weeks Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-5 weeks I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note that during holidays and sales seasons, delivery times may be longer due to mail load.

Will I have to pay customs and duties?

Some countries charge additional customs and duties and customers are responsible for any such charges. We are occasionally asked if we can send packages as gifts to avoid such charges as we understand certain other businesses on Etsy do. To be clear, this is an illegal practice and may additionally subject you, as the customer, to penalties and fines in your own country. Regardless, as a business that strives to be ethical, we are not able to mark your items as gifts with low value on customs forms.

All items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy Account. If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address, please send me a note immediately once you place your purchase so that I can change it. If I mail your order prior to you sending me a request for an address change, we wouldn't be able to reimburse you and we thank you for your kind understanding.

Wholesale availability

Now we do not take part in the wholesale Etsy program, but if you are looking for a large number of items, you are welcome, and we can make a custom listing for your needs

We use mainly natural clothes – linen, cotton, wool, silk. But sometimes we love to experiment with the materials and create strange clothes with strange fabrics (and we understand, that if the Universe let people to create such cloth – it was somehow necessary). We create clothes with lightness and happiness, and we love to share them with the World

Return & exchange policy

We accept ONLY RETURNS on items that are not personalized, not custom made and was not bought with coupon discounts. Returns accepted within 15 days after receiving the package. We appreciate your understanding, because we start sewing each item personally for you only after you inform us about your size and height, and taking into account your wishes. TO RETURN your order: item must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the parcel was returned by our local post office because you did not pick up your parcel on time, then this order is not refundable But please don't hesitate to text us if there is any problem with your order.
