Base: 7" by 20" of outer fabric (more depending on the nap and pattern) and same amount of lining fabric
Flap: 6" X 9" of outer and same amount of lining fabric
Strap: 49" cord or ribbon - or desired length plus 4"
Notions:
* 1 foot of 22" wide iron-on heavy interfacing (Décor or Craft Bond)
* 2 eyelets and eyelet install kit if needed- choose finish based on fabric color
* 3" long "Middy Braid" or other thin ribbon or cord
* Closure - A 1"chain, plus beads and hardware to attach to chain
