Shipping large furniture may seem expensive and we take this into consideration when pricing items. However, please keep in mind the combined price (item plus shipping) is often much less than you would pay retail for a mass-produced item. Shipping depends on several factors - size, distance, availability of shippers, etc. Rates usually range between $75-$300. But then again, several factors are involved. Contact us for a quote. And just an FYI, we don't make any money on shipping - the quoted price comes directly from the shipper. We also don't charge fees for working with the shippers. Rarely - we may need to charge a few extra dollars for packaging materials, but we don't profit from these materials.

Either we can arrange shipping or you can. We work with a few shippers; however, sometimes they are not available or they may not deliver to your state/area. If this is the case, we primarily use uShip.com. We will provide you with a cost estimate and if you agree to the price range, we will submit a bid. If the bid is accepted, we will add the shipping cost to your bill. Please know that a bid could take anywhere up to a week or more before being accepted.
If you prefer, you may also submit the bid on uShip.com. This may sound intimidating, but it really isn't - and you have more control over expenses and time frame. The site is very user friendly. Our zip code is 47122 and all other info needed is under "Item Details" in the listing.

Unless you have requested a custom order, all items are ready to be shipped as soon as a shipper/delivery service is available for pick up. However, please understand we are at the mercy of of these companies. Sometimes routes change and pick up or delivery is delayed. We will do our best to get your item to you as quickly as possible - and many times items are delivered surprisingly fast. However, it may take 2-3+ weeks for a shipper to pick up and/or deliver once picked up. If you need your item quickly, we can make arrangements, but it will be more costly.

Smaller items that do not require freight shipping will be shipped via USPS or FedEx anywhere in the Continental USA.

Items will be ready to ship in 1-3 days. Packages usually take 2-5 business days to reach their final destination.

Yes, we would be happy to work with you on a layaway plan. Our policy:
*20% down - nonrefundable
*Agreement to make weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly installment payments over a 30, 60, or 90 day period.

We will ship when the purchase is paid in full. If the customer fails to pay on time or cancels the layaway plan, the merchandise is returned to inventory and the customer forfeits all payments to date.

Please contact us with the item you would like to put on layaway. Let us know the length of the layaway you prefer and how often you will make installments. After you make your down payment, the remaining amount will be divided between the plan you choose over (30, 60, 90 days)

In rare circumstances, an item may be damaged during shipping; therefore, buyers must insure items. We can not be responsible for any damaged items once they are shipped. The delivery company assumes all responsibility once an item is accepted by the company. Therefore, it is important all items are carefully inspected by the buyer before signing documents. If you sign documents, you are stating the item(s) arrived in perfection condition.

Most of our deliveries arrive on time or ahead of schedule; however, many circumstances can cause deliveries to be delivered later than expected. Please understand we cannot control the mail or a delivery company's schedule.

Because of the nature of the items, all sales are final. Please review the pictures carefully and feel free to ask questions before purchasing. If there are any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We will work hard to meet your expectations.

We carefully inspect all items to ensure they are structurally sound and in good working order. Most items are antique, vintage and/or reclaimed; therefore, they may have imperfections from normal wear for their age. These "imperfections" add to the charm and character of each piece. We do not sell items with major flaws. All items have been hand painted with custom finishes and techniques that look and feel differently from mass-produced, factory-sprayed faux pieces. We use primarily non-toxic products with little to no VOCs. It is our hope you will recognize the high-quality appearance, detail and functionality of each item. We are very proud of each piece we sell, as many, many hours were spent making each piece unique.
