Where is my download?

Etsy handles the instant download process. After purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. Etsy will also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

Why am I getting "file not supported" error message?

The most common mistakes associated with the error message 1. Uploading SVGs into Basic Silhouette software The basic Silhouette software does not support SVGs. If you are attempting to upload, it will give you this error. Use the DXF file included in most downloads. 2. Uploading zipped files into software. Zipped files need to be unzipped to be used in most software. The process depends on what operating system you have. In Windows 10 Right click on .zip file that you want to unzip (uncompress), and click on "Extract All" in context menu.

Will these files work for my machine?

There are many applications for digital files. It is important that you understand which file formats are supported by your machine. I offer simple test files that can be downloaded and tested on your machine. These are the major file types I included with my listings. Why are there watermarks on my image?

The only image that contains a watermark is a JPEG file included in each download. All other formats are not marked with a logo of any kind. When uploading the files, make sure you have changed the file type to "all formats" to ensure you can select the correct file type.
