Lost parcels and Refunds

If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks since it was posted, please get in touch and let me know. Unless you purchased a shipping upgrade to Tracked and Signed for and the parcel was sent to a wrong recipient by the carrier the order will not be refunded ( if you have submitted a wrong address or did not collect your parcel from the local post office no refunds will be given). Buyers are responsible for giving correct address. If you are unhappy with your item and would like to return it in unworn condition - please send it back to me. Once I have received your unworn item I will refund you the purchase price minus shipping.

How to care for your jewelry

Don't wash dishes or do laundry with your jewellery on • Don't wear jewellery in a pool, spa, or at beach • Don't put on lotion or perfume with your jewellery on • Put jewellery on after applying hairspray and makeup • Remove your jewellery during activities and sleeping - The air around us is what makes metal tarnish. I recommend using a Ziploc or sandwich bag with the air squeezed out to prevent oxidization. • How to clean 925 sterling silver - I recommend using a special silver cloth to polish the accessories. If you don't have one, use a microfiber or non-abrasive cloth. - Never use tissues or paper towels to clean the items, as they could potentially scratch the silver.
