It normally takes 24 hours at most to create an invitation from providing all information (in some cases 48 hours). Final high resolution version will be sent to the e-mail associated with your Etsy account.

Keep in mind this is a digital file, no physical items will be shipped or printed.

The designs you are previewing will be personalized with your birthday information. The layout, graphics, and wording will remain the same, open to minor changes.

There will be an additional cost for structural changes to the design. Such as several changes in fonts, colors, rearranging the format, wording, adding illustrations etc. Additional charge will be determined based on the amount of changes requested.

Please feel free to contact me before ordering if you require any changes.

Always print on white paper for best results, this will ensure that the design prints more accurately. Type of paper and finish is personal preference, I encourage using matte/satin card stock.

Yes, please make a note of this if you need a PDF file or if you would like 2 invitations per page. Otherwise you will receive what's noted in the item details.

• When the file(s) 'view' crisply but 'PRINT' blurry, 99.9% of the time that means that the file(s) were saved incorrectly. Simply save/download the file to your computer (click on attachment{s} to OPEN AND ENLARGE FIRST, right click, save as), USB

• Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink your're printing with.

• Select 'Fit To Page' in your printer settings so that it'll print the entire page. You might also verify in the paper size settings of the software you're printing with that the page size (cardstock) you are feeding into the printer is the size of the printable you're trying to print (either 4x6, 5x7 or 8.5x11).

Yes if you are having a party for 2 or more celebrants. Their names and ages can be added on any of my work at no additional cost.

Although it is permitted to use the character images for one-time personal use only, not all photo labs are aware of this. Simply try another photo lab or print at home.

USE A PRINTING KIOSK TO AVOID COPYRIGHT ISSUES
You can avoid such issues by using many store's printing kiosks located in their photo department. These are great because you can immediately print the cards and pay at the counter.

We do not currently offer printing service.

I'm happy to change anything that you may have missed, but I will not be held responsible for money you paid for printing your cards. Please double, triple check (it sometimes helps to have someone else besides you look it over to catch mistakes).

Because payment is for my work only, I cannot offer a refund once a card has been designed.
