Great beginner course. Michelle is absolutely fantastic. Goes into detail but in every day verbiage. You do not need to be a new age guru to take this course. I thought meditation had to be a specific way … you had to commit 45mins-hour (daily). Since completing these course I’ve utilized the micro meditations in many different areas of my life & can see the fruit of my labor already. This is the first of a few courses I signed up with the NaturalHealer … I’m sure I will love those too! Michelle is an EXCELLENT teacher!!
