Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our signs, we do not accept returns. Each sign is custom made for YOU when you order. If for some reason, we agree to accept a return, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Our shipping cost will be deducted from the total, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

IMPORTANT SIZING INFO: Sizes of a sign WILL vary slightly from the given measurements, and may vary by as much as 3/4". This is consistently in flux with changes in the cost of shipping. Half an inch can cause the cost of shipping to double. If you need an EXACT particular measurement, please contact us prior to ordering. (A 2x4 at the lumber yard is actually 1.5"x3.5"... think along those lines.)

All of our Framed Signs are intended to hang from the frame. All of our Pallet and Frameless Signs hang from a saw tooth hanger. We do our best to represent the colors in our photos, however, every screen will vary slightly based on preset and customized settings.

All signs are inset and lightly distressed. If you would like any changes to these options, simply let us know in the "Note to Seller" section as you check out. If there is any confusion, we will contact you via Etsy conversations.

Please check and double check your address. We will ship it to the address you provide Etsy when purchasing. If you purchase with an incorrect address, please repurchase the item first, and then we will immediately cancel the incorrect order.

Because of our quick turn-around time and the custom nature of each sign, we are unable to accept order cancellations.
