Our laser cut words for the wall are the perfect 'pop' for all your home decor needs! These wall words are light weight, easy to hang and perfect for the smallest wall to the largest. We offer many sizes with these words on the wall but if you don't see the size you need, please feel free to reach out.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

* We use a high quality 1/4" birch hardwood.
* We also use Minwax Brand Stain for our projects.
* Please allow for variations in wood such as grains and knots.
* Also allow for color variations in stains and paints. Wood accepts these materials differently each time so no two will be exactly the same.
* Backs are unfinished.
* Measurement are taken from the highest point at the top and the lowest point at the bottom. It includes the reasonable spacing
you see in the mock up.
* During the cutting process, the edges are burned therefore, there may be some black residue left after we clean them. The
edges will be black from the burning process and the color you choose will be on top. The backs are unfinished. Please allow for
slight variances in size.


PICKING THE RIGHT SIZE

* The main photo is a mock up. We provide this to give you an idea how this word or phrase is going appear on your wall. This does
not represent an actual size but is provided to give you a visual.
* MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR SPACE TO GET THE SIZE YOU NEED.
* Placing tape or bags on the wall to give you a visual of the size you need can be very helpful.

HANGING

* No hardware is provided. We recommend using 3M tape, command strips, small finishing nails, or gorilla tape for hanging.

LOCAL PICKUP

We do not allow local pick-up orders through Etsy as we can't show tracking and shipping and this counts against a seller in their stats.

MAKING A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER

If you need to change the address to where your order is going, we will need to cancel your order and have you replace it. All other changes we will do our best to accommodate but we can't guarantee changes once the order has been placed.

SHIPPING AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We ship most orders (non-custom) within 5 to 7 business days. We only guarantee our shipping time not the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. If a package is lost, stolen or item is damaged we ask that the customer file the claim so the carrier will reimburse you directly. Please notify us before the claim is filed. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item if there is an issue.
