Most of our clients are ordering for immediate gift giving, therefore we are unable to offer expedited production. We work in order of first in / first out so each of our buyers can be assured of a timely turn around. Korena Loves ships via USPS exclusively. We are located in rural Vermont. Korena Loves is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to insurance for your purchase. USPS upgrades to Priority Mail and Express Mail are available during checkout, but will not impact production times. Our whistles are working coach whistles. They are not fine jewelry. While they do have a beautiful finish, they are not flawless. Minor imperfections are to be expected and should not be considered a defect. We are unable to refund or exchange based on these minor imperfections present on all whistles.

Can I use a custom logo?

We are able to use a logo provided it isn’t copyrighted, you own the copyright or you are authorized to use the copyrighted art. Korena Loves is not responsible for unauthorized use and will direct owner inquiries to the purchaser as having authorized the logo use. Many schools, organizations and teams have copyrighted logos and will not authorize use for individual coach gifts so please be sure you may use it. Our laser reads black and white only so some modification by us is usually required. This means colors, shading, gradients and fine line design features will be lost from the the original. If you choose against using your logo for any of the above reasons, we are happy to source a generic grizzly, wolf, dragon, chess piece, etc.

Unfortunately, Korena Loves is unable to source a whistle without these imperfections as no factory makes them. If you are in search of whistle that is closer to flawless a fine jewelry shop like Tiffany is recommended. We are unable to refund or exchange based on these minor imperfections present on all whistles.
► The vast majority of our customers find our whistles to be loud enough for their coaching needs. Korena Loves whistles have been purchased for use across amateur, intermediate and advanced sports including professional sports teams and olympic coaches. We are unsure of the exact decibel level of our whistles, if you know you are in need of a whistle with a specific decibel or an extremely loud sound level we may not be the right choice. You may want to search for whistles that are professionally graded.
► Your custom jewelry will be made to order based on the specifications you provide during checkout.
► We carry no standing inventory and produce our jewelry only when ordered so there is no proof. Production will generally begin without additional conversations or emails.
► Keep in mind custom crafted jewelry is seldom perfect or evenly spaced. Font and graphic sizes will vary based on character counts and graphic requests. These characteristics are all part of the charm and should not be considered defects.
► As each item is custom produced uniquely for you, refunds and exchanges are not available unless an error was made by Korena Loves.

These whistles are exactly as pictured. Bought four for lacrosse coaches and they loved them especially because they’re real, full size whistles they can use for coaching. The packaging is gorgeous. The turnaround time on the order was super fast. They arrived one day ahead of schedule with the expedited shipping. So well worth it. I definitely recommend this product and this store.
