Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to make custom shoes based on your foot measurements. However please note custom orders are non refundable and non returnable for any reason. Also we don't make medical shoes.

*Our main goal is that all our clients have an amazing experience in our shop. Please contact me prior to making a return/exchange so we can help resolve everything as quickly and easily as possible. *We accept returns/exchanges. Items must be returned in their original and unworn condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returned items. *Items on sale are final sale so they can't be returned or exchanged. *The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. *Items should be returned by registered mail and the tracking number should be sent to us. We recommend using your national postal services. *The customer is responsible for any additional customs charges when you return products to us.

Our Hand Making Process

As our products are handmade from mostly natural products there may be slight variations in the products. The product you receive may not be identical to the one shown in the listing photos. These small variations might be a slightly different color or shape as a result of the hand making process and natural materials used. Also materials used change and processes improve which results in a better product but it may also result in the product being slightly different than the product shown in the listing photos. Please contact us with any questions you might have before purchasing so we can provide you with more detailed information.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours if you want to cancel your order you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

100% handmade unisex sandals made from the finest quality full-grain leather. They are available in all sizes as we custom make them to your actual feet measurements.

They combine style and functionality. An enormous amount of care and energy goes into making each sandal. They are totally unique, extremely comfortable and durable.

The full-grain leather that I use is the highest quality most expensive type of leather. It is the strongest, most durable and most breathable leather and it resists moisture very well. Over time it will look nicer and nicer.

Please note full grain leather will have irregularities: from healed scrapes where the animal brushed against bushes; to insect bites; to brands done by the rancher. I incorporate these natural irregularities into each pair of sandals which showcases each pair's natural individuality and handcrafted nature.

The sole is made from a layer of soft flexible foam for extra comfort combined with a layer of hard rubber for excellent grip and durability. All my soles are also 100% hand cut to your specifications.

I cannot say it enough my sandals are totally unique as they are 100% handmade using traditional ancient techniques dating back centuries. I use no machines just very simple tools and my hands.

As my leather sandals are made from the finest quality full grain leather by my hands minor imperfections are typical features and I believe they add character and charm. If you want a perfect pair of sandals I'm sad to say this probably isn't the shop for you. However if you want totally unique handmade sandals with loads of charm and character my sandals are perfect for you.
