Does shipping include a tracking number?

Orders $50 and under do not include a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, you may upgrade to tracked shipping at the checkout.

I live in the Saguenay Lac-Saint Jean area, can I come and pick up my order?

Absolutely! Use the code SAGLAC to remove shipping fees.

Help! My order hasn't arrived!

When your order arrives depends on where you live, and if there are any delays with the postal system. Orders are declared lost after 30 business days in Canada, and 60 business days for the US and international countries. You will receive a refund if a package is lost. If you did not opt for a tracking number at the checkout, unfortunately, I will not be able to provide you with any information concerning your order's whereabouts. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Oops! I provided the wrong mailing address, but the order has already been sent out!

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have provided the correct mailing address at checkout. I will mail your order to the address provided, so please double-check your mailing address. If the order has already sent out, I will have to wait for the package to make its way back to me before re-sending it. If you would like the package re-sent to you, the reshipping will be at your expense.
