When Will I Receive My Items?

My processing time is currently 1-5 Business Days. However, larger and/or custom orders may delay this. I will communicate any delays with you within the original processing time stated in the listing details of your purchased item. While I usually do some work on weekends, I try to reserve that time for my family. If you have an urgent need for something, please see my Rush order add-on or contact me :) Rush order Add-On: https://www.etsy.com/listing/530236513/rush-order-add-on-for-business-cards-pre

Where Can I Print My Digital Items?

I suggest using VistaPrint or FedEx Kinkos. However you can also print them at home or any other printer you choose. Make sure to see what file formats they require, prior to purchase and add that in the notes to seller section.

Do You Create Custom Orders?

Absolutely! I love custom orders! If you don't see something in my shop that fits your needs or if you need your own twist on one of my listings, contact me for a custom listing! Some examples of custom listings are: Wedding Invitations, Business Cards, Logos, Flyers, Vinyl Decals, Digital Banners & Social Media Kits, etc.

Please review your proofs within 5 days of receiving them. If you have any changes please contact me ASAP. Changes after 5 days may result in an additional charge. You are responsible for proofing your product before sending it for print or before it is created. This shop does it's best effort to make sure there are no errors but highly recommends reviewing all of the information. This shop is not responsible for incorrect information after the item is created/printed. Note: Printers colors and quality can vary & this shop is not responsible. If you are ever unsatisfied with your item(s), please contact me first to resolve the issue. Any negative feedback doesn't help the situation and I always do my best to assure my customers are happy!

Due to the nature of digital items, I cannot offer any refunds or returns. If you need to have an item remade, I sometimes offer discounts, please contact me first. If there was an error on my end, we can discuss a solution.

Are you on the Etsy App? If so, PDF's and some other file formats cannot be viewed from the app. Please use the mobile or desktop website to see the files. If you are downloading it via a google share link, please make sure you are saving the file to your computer before printing. Please do not try to print from the google drive folder.

Pinterest Pin Discount

If you pin one of my listings, take a screenshot and send it to me via email or messages, I will provide a coupon code for 10% off your next order. Discounts cannot be applied for past orders.

My decal is stuck to the backing

No worries! This is totally Normal! If your decal doesn’t fully come off the backing when you gently pull the transfer tape up, just carefully lay it back down and follow the instructions included with a credit card or other form object to re-adhere it to the tape. It’s common for the vinyl to unattached itself during shipping due to temperature changes. No refunds or exchanges will be provided if you rip the decal. I test each decal to make sure that the vinyl adheres, prior to it being shipped out. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have.
