What is Your Return Policy?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving robes and send them back to us within 7 days. The robe must be in original condition. Our address is the Return Address on the package. For returns, we will refund you the price of the robe, not including original or return shipping. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the shipping of the robe back to us. No returns/exchanges will be accepted on personalized robes.

Can I Mix and Match Colors in One Order?

Sure! Just please list your colors preferences at check out in the note to seller.

Please send return/exchange within 3 business days of receiving the item. It must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair. For returns, we will refund the price of the dress, not including shipping. For exchanges, the buyer is also responsible for the postage required for the new dress. A return/exchange of more than 1 dress per order will incur a $5 processing & handling fee on EACH dress. No returns/exchanges will be accepted for custom orders. No refunds/exchanges will be given if the return is postmarked more than 3 business days after you received the item. If there is any problem with the purchase, you must inform us within 3 days; otherwise, we will not accept returns or exchanges.

3. Add multiple robes one at a time to your cart for a custom mix of sizes and colors.
4. Complete checkout once all robes are added.
✨ Default settings: Rose Gold text for white robes, White text for all other robe colors.
✨ We use Font #5 for names/titles and Font #7 for initials unless specified.
✨ Customization may take up to 10 days.

* **Non-personalized robes:** Wash cold on delicate cycle or hand wash with mild detergent. Hang dry.
* **Personalized robes:** Hand wash only in cold water. Do not tumble dry. Hang dry.
* Steam gently to remove wrinkles (avoid high heat and direct ironing).
