Using anything with a scratch based material may permanently damage your product and we are not responsible for any such damage. 3. Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Rest assured We’ll keep you updated along the way as We get new information from the carrier. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions. We do not ship on Sundays. We use the etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct. If you want to send your order as a gift - please write additionally address. We'll be glad to add the appropriate greeting card. We will let you know when your package is on the way. We will also send you a tracking number of your package.

We package items very carefully, but occasionally accidents happen. If your item arrives broken, please notify us within 7 days. You will need to submit photos of the item and the packaging material. You do not need to return broken items.
