Are Customs Included in the price of the item?

Customs are not included in the price of the item or in the shipping price. Please understand that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This is because Customs and import taxes are levied by the destination country, are highly variable depending on local regulations outside of my control and can only be paid at destination by the customer. Customs may also create delays in the shipping time.

Custom and personalized orders

Some of my items can be personalized and their listing explains what can be customized. Some item are actually specifically designed for it! If you wish to get a customizations on "generic" items or a customization different from what the listing specify, please contact me before purchasing. I will work with you to review what can be done to the best of my ability!

For the few Scratch-Off prints sized 17x23.5" we make, Framing can be done with a classic 18x24" frame. What I personally do is that I get a frame with a large photo mat included or I buy a fitting photo mat with any inside size. There is lot of those in decoration / DIY shops. I then cut a little the photo mat in 3 min (using an utility knife), leaving 0.75" to 1" on every side. The result is an internal frame of about 22.5" by 16.5" where the Scratch-off print fits! For international customers, the framing can also be done using size A2 frame, readily available in most international markets.

The ratio is slightly different between those sizes but poster aspect remains very similar to pictures you can see. What you see in pictures is 18x24 posters. Your wall art will be printed on museum quality acid-free mat paper. It does offer this minimalist mat finish that I look after. It is also thick, very durable and will last for years. Sorry, but the frame is NOT INCLUDED.

Shipping is done within 1 day of ordering, as I print it myself on a professional printing system. In the US, orders are shipped by USPS with tracking. For International order, it does take around 2 weeks. You will also receive a tracking number when your poster ships.

It looks great! Shipping was delayed, not due to the seller, and they were really helpful in tracking it and messaging back quickly! I added the heart at the location we got engaged this year and the map is perfectly accurate.
