We take pride in the quality of the products we produce – high quality paper and sharp printing. In order to fully feel and experience the products first-hand, we highly recommend you to purchase our sample set before placing the big order.

The sample pack includes:

+1 A7 Invitation (5”x7") plus a matching Euro flap liner-added envelope
+1 A6 RSVP card (3.5”x5.5") plus a matching Euro flap envelope
+1 A6 Insert card
+ 1 belly Band
PAPER: thickened cotton cardstock of 500-600 gsm (180 - 220 lbs)

The samples come from one of our past works and therefore, are non-customizable. Along with purchased invites, we will also include relevant cardstock options for customers to select. If you would like to customize our design or have us create a brand new design to fit your wedding’s ideas, please put a note to us in the Note to Seller Box at check-out. We will soon get in touch with you and create a sample pack that is tailored to your interest!
Samples are shipped within 5 biz days after the purchase through regular post office route unless expedited shipping service is requested. Please allow 10-14 days for international mails. If you don’t see the mail coming after 3 weeks, please notify us so that we can resend it.

♥ OUR PRICING on ACTUAL INVITE ORDER

Please contact us for detailed quote. Quotation would largely vary based upon the quantity of cards as well as the printing technique and your paper choice. Do not feel obliged that you have to order a full suite – in fact, your order should be fully customizable by any measure.
Just note that if you select a design out of our collection, with some minor twists from the original, such as font, font size, wording, text color, there will be no additional fee apart from those of the printed products.
A custom order fee, starting from $120, will be applied when there’s a request to make a brand new design to fit with customer's specific needs.
We can actually execute on a wide variety of materials and craft techniques- wood, acrylics or laser cut, paper quilting, pop-up cards to name a few, though we might not have a listing up on our Etsy shop.

There will be no deposit or payment required to start off. We offer up to 2 rounds of digital proof free of charge, including for custom order.

♥ OUR PROCESS on INVITE ORDER
1. Proofing
Please shoot us the wording, ideally in a word document, to our email address sweetdatesprints [!at] gmail.com. We will then create a digital proof for you within 3-5 days. For custom order, turnaround time would be slightly longer 7-10. After 1 or 2 rounds, if you are good with our quote and wish to go in our direction, we will proceed to payment.
2. Payment
At this stage, a deposit or full payment is required before we move onto further refining of the proof. Proofs will be revised until you are fully satisfied. However, we advise you to take time to review each proof carefully, show your fiancé and family, make sure there are no grammatical errors. Rather than lots of separate messages with individual changes whenever possible, it would be very helpful if you could take time and make a list of changes you want.

3. Production
Once we have the final confirmation on the proof and full payment, we shall proceed with production. Any revision after that confirmation, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions.
We would require 2-3 weeks for production. In case of rush timeline, please still let us know - we might be able to manage our production and accommodate your order.

4. Shipping
Though we are based in Vietnam, international shipping will only take 4-5 business days, using trusted carrier DHL/UPS/FedEx with a tracking number provided. Shipping fee would be around $60-$100 depending on the weight of the package.

In short, turnaround time for invitations is 3-4 weeks from the final payment date or confirmed final printing files, which ever comes last until you get the invitations delivered at doorstep. During peak season or holiday season (Nov-Jan), please allow more time.

♥ SOME NOTES ON OUR FINISHED PRODUCTS

-The final products, when shipped out, will be un-assembled. If you wish to have us assemble the invites in set to you, we could do so at an small additional service fee. Please let us know if you would like it.
-There will be self-adhesive (a line of dry glue) on the flap of the RSVP envelopes (A6 envelope). For invitation envelope (A7 envelope), we can only do adhesive part for those who do not require guest addressing service. So in the case when guest addresses are printed or hand-written on the front of the envelope, we will provide you with double-sided tape used for closing off the envelopes.

♥ REFUND & CANCELLATION

Please contact me with any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. I am more than happy to work together to find a solution to any issues you may have.

If for any reason you need to cancel the order, please notify me as soon as possible and we can see at what stage the order is in. I cannot guarantee a full refund. Depending if printing has started or not. Possible partial refunds may be possible. No refund policy is applied for the customization fee due to the nature of designing work.

Items lost in the mail due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses cannot be refunded or re-routed. Please make sure that you triple check your shipping address when checking out.

Although I cannot control how the post office handles your products, if something arrives and is damaged, please contact me immediately and we will work out a solution! I can offer reprinting services for a significantly reduced fee. Making sure your shopping experience as pleasant as possible is important to us!
