Please remember the process of extracting faces and expertly placing them into the cards is time consuming. Therefore you will incur EXTRA CHARGES for CHANGING/SWAPPING photos once they have been placed in a card or invitation. $20USD per swap for real faces and $30USD for caricature faces.

➤For BEST RESULTS PLEASE SEND HIGH RESOLUTION PHOTOS. There are 1000kbs to 1 mb. A good photo resolution is around at least 600kb to 1mb. You can check your resolution by right clicking with your mouse and selecting properties on a PC or Get info on a Mac.

➤Remember I only use the FACE. Set your smart phone to HIGH RESOLUTION and take photos that are mid shots, not long distance…but do not attempt to cut out the photo I will do this.
Take the photo in outside light with the light behind you the photographer for the best results.

I do NOT physically ship any item in my shop. All items are DIGITAL FILES.
➤Shipping time refers to the time it takes to complete your order and SEND you a jpeg/pdf digital file for YOU to PRINT.

➤Please note that shipping time/processing time does not begin until I receive your good quality photos and copy/text for the card. That is 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days (whichever is stated in the listing) from the receipt of YOUR PHOTOS, NOT from the time of purchase.

➤I do not offer printing on my ETSY SHOP. My shop sells DIGITAL FILES for you to print. Because a number of commercial and online printers have very different configurations of a standard size I offer a selection of templates to choose from if you are printing with Vista print, Shutterfly, Staples or Costco.

I base all customised comic and caricature listings on the photos you provide. The better quality the photo, the better the end result. I use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to recreate your face from the photos you send me, stylising it, matching your skin tone and eye colour and effectively blending it onto the cartoon body illustrated.

Please email all photos and custom details to photofun@partyphotoinvitations.com AFTER you purchase, and put your order number in the subject line of the email.

Please note that all items in this shop require you to send photos and copy in order for the item to be completed. If I do not receive communication or photos from you after 5 business day the order will be deemed as overdue and I will cancel it and provide a full refund.
