Do you accept custom orders or customizations?

Unfortunately I am unable to accept custom orders or customizations at this time.

When I edit the file font changes. How can I keep the same font like on your example?

The problem may be in program you use. I recommend to use the latest version of Acrobat Reader (Download for FREE: get.adobe.com/reader). INSTALL Acrobat Reader to your computer. Please download file again and open it with Acrobat Reader, just click on the blue box and start typing using keyboard. Make sure that the file opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader, because even after installing it, you may still have the settings on your computer to open the PDF in another program. Just right-click on the file and select "Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader".

Adobe Acrobat Reader ask to get a PRO version for $25 to edit file.

Please DON'T press "Edit PDF" button in Acrobat Reader. This button only for selling Adobe Acrobat Pro. You don't need the PRO version. Download your file again and follow the instruction “How to edit your PDF file” above.

Do you offer printing services?

We do not offer any printing services at this time. You can print your files at home or a local print shop.
