PROCESSING TIME:

The time I need to prepare your order for shipping. My current process time is 3-5 days. If you order more than one item this timeframe may be slightly extended. Each of items are handmade to order. During busy periods between Oct - Dec process times may vary but I will update my shop banner to show this.

UK: 3-5 Business Days (posted with 2nd class)

Europe: 7-10 Business Days (posted international standard)

America: 21 Business Days (this is standard post as only tracks delivery, not each stage of the parcels journey)

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 21 Business Days (posted international standard)

FROM 1ST DEC I am no longer taking international orders and am only sending UK post via 1st class signed for delivery.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES :

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.


HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?:

I take every care to package your item, each bauble is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a gift box with one of my logo stickers. To ship, I then package it in bubblewrap and inside a brown shipping box which I then wrap in recycled brown paper and secure with brown packing tape. I know how exciting it is to receive "happy mail" in the post so ensure your item is packaged properly with a smile.

If your Etsy and Paypal address differ, please let me know in the "message to seller" note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 48 hours after payment I will ship the item to the address provided during Etsy checkout.

Please note that as each computer screen is different, colours/shades may slightly differ from what is shown in my photos I try to represent the colour as accurately as possible and take photos without the use of filters.

FAQ

1) I would like more than one bauble do you combine postage?

Yes I do - this is calculated by Etsy at checkout.

2) Do you accept Custom Orders?

Yes I do! I love working on custom orders, if you cannot see anything you like in my shop please send me a message with your requirements and I can set up a custom listing for you.

3) Can I have both feathers and glitter in my bauble?

No sadly I am unable to put both in. The glitter is stuck on the inside of the bauble and if I added feathers inside too you wouldn't be able to see them.

4) Are these baubles glass?

No, they are made from shatterproof plastic with a glass effect. They are very lightweight and Extremely realistic PLASTIC shatterproof baubles - you will not know they are not glass until you touch them. The plastic is recyclable

5) Is the glitter on the outside?

No, the glitter is stuck to the inside of the bauble - so no nasty mess on your living room floor!

6) How long will it take to get to me?

My process time is 3-5 days and then shipping depends on which country you are in. Please check out my Shipping Policies above.

7) Can you put photos on baubles?

I can't add them to the outside but I can add them inside as a floating image. Ask me for more details.

8) Can you provide just the vinyl sticker for me to put on my own bauble?

Sadly no, I do not offer this service.

9) I can't see a colour I like do you offer any other colours?

If you're not sure if I offer a colour you would like please send me a message. I can try to match as close as possible. Please be aware that colours on each computer screen may vary.

10) Can you add personalisation to both sides of the bauble?

11) Can you add dates to the bauble

Yes

12) Can I have two colours of glitter inside my bauble?

No sorry - I only offer single colours at this stage

13) Will this arrive in time for Christmas?

If you order before my final shipping dates (as seen in shipping section) then yes, your bauble should arrive before Christmas.

14) How long does it take you to make my bauble?

My current process time is 3-5 days

15) Are the snowflakes, hearts or stars all the way around the bauble?

Yes - Each designs is unique.
