Downloading a Digital Item

After purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed.

Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All monitors display color differently; please take this into consideration when placing your order. For best results, use high quality printer, or any photo processing lab such as Staples or Shutterfly.com.

Do you provide printing services?

Do you recommend any professional printing services?

I find that local printing shops are usually the best and most affordable option. Many customers also take their files to Staples and other similar stores with great results. If you choose to print online, I recommend Shutterfly.

I typically respond to messages Monday - Friday, within 24 hours. Weekends are my time off to spend with family, so I will respond to weekend messages on Monday. Thank you for your patience.

Can you change the color or size of a digital download?

Customizations can be made to any design for a fee. If your request is for anything other than changing a color or word, you are required to contact me first so I can let you know if the alteration can be made.

The following turnaround times are for custom design orders only. Turnaround time begins at receipt of payment and all necessary details for customization and typically takes 1-3 business days. Refunds & Exchanges Policy

[Digital Items] Due to the nature of digital transactions, refunds are not provided after exchange of digital files have been made for any circumstances. All sales are final. This shop is not responsible for printing costs incurred after purchase; troubles downloading, saving and/or printing files. [Printed Products] If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will do our absolute best to make you happy. We do not accept returns on printed merchandise unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.

Shipping & Delivery [Non-Digital Items]

All non-digital items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-7 business days. During the holidays production timelines are extended to 5-7 business days. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you via Etsy message. Tracking: A tracking number will be sent within 24 hours of the package being shipped. Damaged during shipping: If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Lost or stolen delivered items are the buyer's responsibility.

Digital files are for personal use only; not for resale or redistribution under any circumstances. All work is Copyright Rain City Design Company and cannot be re-sold or used in any other means without permission. Designs and/or listing photos cannot be cropped and used without an acknowledgement of the artists' name. Any infringement of copyright will be investigated. I have put in a lot work to design the items in my shop, please do not claim them as your own. I retain all copyrights on my art, which is non transferable to anyone else upon purchase.
