When Will My Order Ship ?

Your order will be mailed within 1-5 business days from the time you place your order. We do however strive to get all orders in the mail either the same day or the following day (business days). The Processing time is the time it takes us to create your order, customized in your choice of size, color preferences and names (if applicable). Our processing times do not include the time it takes USPS to deliver your item. USPS delivery is in addition to our processing time. We do not offer "Rush" shipping at this time. All orders are processed and mailed in the order we receive them as we do sell on multiple platforms other than Etsy.

What is your return / exchange policy ?

We do not accept returns as every single order is custom made to your size and custom color choices. We do not keep stock or inventory, every single order is made as it comes in and is made especially for you. Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office or for any other reason, will not be refunded. The order will be resent at the buyers expense. Postage to re-ship is the buyers responsibility.

Why is my tracking number not updating ?

Sometimes there is delays between scans while your package is being transported from one sorting facility to the next. There can also be delays in scans due to weather, holidays or other factors that are beyond our control.

Show off your decal !

We would LOVE if you posted a photo of your finished design once applied ! You can do so here on Etsy in our feedback section, or you can post and tag us on Instagram #wallstickits, or you can email us the photo and we will post it for you. Nothing makes us happier than to see your finished design !

Do you create custom orders ?

At this time, I am not accepting any custom orders.

Are the decals removable and/or reusable ?

Decals are removable, but they are not reusable. You cannot remove them to re-position them once they have been applied. They are intended for one time use application.

Will a decal stick to my surface / wall ?

Our vinyl designs can be applied to any smooth, dust free, clean & dry surfaces. These include; Walls, glass, ceramic, appliances, mirrors, metal, tile etc. ** If your walls are heavily textured, please order a "tester decal" first to be sure your decal will work on your wall type. Heavily textured, bumpy walls are not ideal because the sticky part of the decal needs something to grab hold of.

Tariffs and Duty Fee's upon Delivery

We are now shipping DDP, meaning that the Tariffs / Duty is paid for and is built into our prices. This applies to USA orders only.
