We always try our best to process, pack and dispatch your orders as soon as possible. However, this is a one-person family business with only occasional help of volunteers. Please, kindly be patient.

When our shop is offering a free shipping it means a STANDARD FREE SHIPPING, which doesn't include insurance, remote location or other surcharges. If you are making a large order please contact us first to get more accurate shipping quotes.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days ( excluding weekends). Depending on the volume of orders, the orders made on Thursdays or Fridays (after 12.00) might be shipped only on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. We don't process or ship orders over the weekend. At the moment we dispatch orders twice a week on Wednesday and Fridays, the mail shipment leaves our office at 15.00 to be dropped off at the Post Office for the last Royal Mail pick up at 15.45.

We use a bunch of different couriers to deliver our Domestic and International orders. Over years these services have proved to be reliable (with only occasional delays) as well as affordable. Our annual lost mail stats is only under 0.5%.

In the event when your order is sent back to us due to either insufficient address provided by a customer or "never claimed" by a customer, we will refund only a value of goods. The postage in this kind circumstances isn't REFUNDABLE.

Please do not hold us responsible for postal services hiccups. We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused by imperfect work of UK, US and other countries postal services which are not under our control no matter how much we would love to change them for better.

There is NO AUTOMATIC REFUNDing or RESENDing done in this shop. We accept missing/delayed order claims within the 3 months (90 days) since the order dispatch. Once this deadline has passed ETSY's refund window is closed.

BUYERS bear a complete responsibility for providing a seller with the correct legal address. If the address was incomplete or wrong, the mail is normally sent back to us as there is our return address on the back of the envelope. However, it is a lengthy process and there is no automatic refund in these kind of scenarios. Please be patient and await for your order to come back.

Please, always check if your address on the completed order is correct, do not rely on the system.
When the incorrect address is provided and the seller wasn't contacted to correct the mistakes before the order was dispatched, the buyer bears a full responsibility for the fate of their dispatched order.

Although Royal Mail/DHL are the services we can rely on, delays or mail-go-missing occasionally happen and usually, we haven't got an explanation for it other than busy times as Christmas or Easter; customs alerts, increased security and checks; bad weather conditions; Postal Services strike.

Domestic mail will be considered missing if it's been 15 working days (3 weeks) since its dispatch. So will be International mail if it's been 60 working days (12 weeks) since the dispatch.

If you are facing a problem of lost or delayed mail, please, contact us and we will look into this issue. You will never be left by yourself to deal with this problem!

The buyer holds an entire responsibility for any customs and duty fees.

If there are any problems with your order, please, contact us asap. We will always look into your inquiry or concern as satisfaction of our customers is very important to us.

QUALITY Control: We buy our beads directly from manufacturers.When the orders being packed, we ALWAYS check the beads for obvious faults. However, it is not possible to check the beads for every small crack,chip or scratch. Beside, some finishes and lusters, by design, may suppose to have small cracks and look rusty or weary.
If you are unhappy with your order, please, contact us and together we will find a solution.

In the event of miscalculating the goods, we will refund the value of missing goods.
