RETURNS :
(a) You must email us through Etsy Marketplace within 7 days of receiving your order stating that you wish to make a return.
(b) we receive the returned product within 14 days (international customers have a longer timescale - please see returns policy for more details) following the date in which you write to inform us of a return.
(c) the returned product must be unused, in its original packaging with all labels intact and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Damage to the luxury boxes will be chargeable at £10 per box.

*UK RETURNS*
If you wish to return your order you must contact us within 14 days of delivery of your wish to return. You MUST despatch items back to within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

The item must reach us within the timeframe specified and be in a resalable, unused condition in its original packaging including all tags and ribbons that form part of the package. We provide luxury ribbon tied gift boxes with our feather wraps. If damaged or defaced when returned, we reserve the right to charge £10 for a replacement box.

If you are an international customer, you MUST contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know you wish to return your order. You then have 21 days (from date of receipt) to return your order.

We will not be held responsible for import duties/taxes/fees incurred because you have refused payment - we will deduct from your refund.

Please ensure your customs paperwork is declared as a RETURN otherwise we will not be able to accept your parcel. The outside of the parcel should also be marked 'RETURN' to avoid any import duties/fees. We are not able to accept your return if we are asked for such payment.
