If it tarnishes, which is normal, it could be due to the acid in your body, humidity, lotion, sweat, or anything you put on your skin. Use a polishing cloth, to help bring back the shine. Store in plastic bag.

I do not recommend using any liquid chemicals or paste. Store in plastic bag with an anti-tarnish tab inside (found on the internet) or just keeping it in a plastic bag is good.

Always put your jewelry on AFTER your perfume, hair spray, etc.

Upon receipt, damaged or broken gemstones are not replaceable, refunded or exchanged.

📌Gemstones are not made out of metal. They can break. Be extra careful not to toss or drop them or throw in a bag/purse. I cannot replace or refund them. I know of no jewelry company or department store that does that either. I have broken a few myself. Heartbreaking to say the least. I provide ear wire stoppers with each pair or earrings and I put them on the ends of the wires before packaging and recommend using them at all times. I can repair the ear wires and the sterling wrapping that connects to the wires, but contact me first for applicable details.
