Where are my files? How do I download my instant download?

Once payment is complete, you can download your files in any of the following ways: • You’ll receive an email at the address linked to your Etsy account with a download link. • Visit: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases • Log into Etsy, click “Your Account”/Profile picture (top right), then “Purchases”. Can you change the size, color, or font — or create a fully custom printable?

Yes! I can customize any existing design in my shop or create a fully custom printable from scratch. Just send me a message with what you’re looking for and I’ll let you know what’s possible. Customizations incur an additional fee beyond the listing price. Color and size changes start at $3.00 per print and may increase based on complexity and scope.

Where / how should I print my files?

You may print at home, but for best results I recommend using a professional print service. Be sure your printer settings match the size of the file you purchased. Popular print options include Staples, Office Depot/Max, FedEx (Kinkos), Costco, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, or local print shops. Most providers allow you to upload files online for in-store pickup or home delivery. You may also bring your files on a USB drive. I recommend printing on heavyweight matte cardstock.

• All files are created at a specific size and saved at 300 DPI. Please print at the intended size for optimal quality and verify printer settings before printing. • File formats include JPG and PNG. If you need a PDF, you may export one (“File → Export as PDF”). • Colors may vary between screens and printers due to device and print settings. • I’m located in the Eastern (EST) time zone and work Monday–Friday during normal business hours. Weekend availability is not guaranteed.

Custom Orders: Policies & Procedures

• Custom color, font, size, or design changes incur an additional fee. Pricing varies by complexity. • No proofs are sent until a purchase is made. • Proofs are delivered via Etsy Convo within 1–2 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee (first proof within 24 hours). • Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional proofs incur a fee per revision. • Final files are emailed to the address associated with your Etsy account after approval.

Custom Orders: Policies & Procedures Continued

• You have one week to respond to a proof with revisions or approval. If no response is received, files will be sent as-is to your Etsy email. Files sent without revision approval must be repurchased to change. • Files are retained for one month after delivery. After that period, lost files must be repurchased.
