Sadly Etsy delivery eta's are unrealistic & Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver your parcel within a specified time period. Royal Mail parcels do occasionally suffer from delays but it's extremely rare for parcels to be lost.
Please check:
*Address & post code you provided us with are correct and let us know immediately if a mistake has been made.
* That you have not been 'carded'. It's easy for these cards to be lost amongst all the junk mail.
* With your local Post Office who may be holding the package for you even if you have not been 'carded'.
* With neighbours who may have taken the package in for you if it was too big for your letter box
* Behind bins & a whole host of hiding places a well meaning postman may have left it safe

Your parcel will either be delivered to a neighbour or taken to your local Post Office and a card will be posted through your door explaining the action taken and how to arrange redelivery or collection from your local Post Office.

All orders are despatched using Royal Mail First Class Post so should be delivered within the next seven working days for UK orders, 14 days for Europe and 20 - 25 days for USA and Australia. Please note that because of the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak, your parcel may take longer than usual to arrive.

Please note Esty delivery estimates may not realistic due to any Local issues, BREXIT, Worldwide Customs checks - therefore your parcel MAY take longer to arrive than Etsy estimates.
