Where can I find your shop policies?

Unfortunately, Etsy has simplified shop policies. Every shop was once afforded a full page to relate all of their policies regarding returns, shipping, and any other policies they felt were needed. Can you ship my order sooner than the date estimated by Etsy?

Absolutely! All of our items are handmade upon their purchase. The estimated time frame provided has more to do with keeping up with our volume of orders than actual production time for one piece. We're happy to move your order ahead in our production schedule by request and for no additional charge. Please know that the dates provided by Etsy do not take into account our willingness to do so. Simply let us know the date by which you would like to receive your order in the note to seller box provided during checkout, and we will do our utmost to accommodate. Shipping upgrades are available during checkout to help ensure a speedy delivery.

How do I determine my ring size?

The best approach is to have your finger measured at your local jewelry store. Our clients have found at home methods such as measuring their fingers with measuring tape, string, or a template printed from the web to be unreliable. With that said, we offer this tool in our shop, and our clients have found it very useful: https://www.etsy.com/listing/108026118 (Copy and paste link) A ring's dimensions can play a part in how it will fit. For example, a wider band will fit more snug than a thinner ring of the same ring size, so if you have a specific design in mind, be sure to share this information with the jeweler.

Do you offer inside ring engraving?

Yes! We can engrave most of our designs that measure 2.5mm wide or wider. Not sure about the dimensions of the piece you're interested in? Our item description will let you know. You can purchase our inside ring engraving service here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/194126933 (Copy and paste link in address bar). Add this listing to your shopping cart along with your ring. This service is complimentary for orders with a value of $500 USD (non sale price) or more, so if your purchase meets this criteria, simply let us know your choice of font and requested personalized message in the note to seller box provided during checkout. Our block font only features upper case letters. Our script font features both upper and lower case letters.

Do you offer ring resizing services?

Yes! Because we understand the challenges of ring shopping online, we offer one complimentary resizing with every ring purchased from our shop. We only ask that our clients cover the associated cost of shipment both directions. And because many of our clients purchase in advance of their wedding day--before they begin to wear their rings daily--this offer is valid for one year after receipt of your ring. Simply reach out to us via an Etsy Message, and we will provide further details. If more than a year has passed since you received your ring, or if we've already resized your ring once, the price to resize will be determined on a case by case basis. My apologies but we only resize rings that we have created.

I live outside of the United States. How do I determine my US ring size?

The best way to determine your ring size is to visit your local jeweler. Please know that at home methods can be unreliable because ring sizes differ by less than 1mm. You may need to select a slightly larger or smaller size. Please consider the design of the ring. This is a band with a lovely weight to it--perfect for either a man or a woman that wants something to last a lifetime and then some. Your ring will be hand forged from 4mm wide by 1.5mm thick solid gold stock using traditional jewelry making techniques.

Though the ring shown in the listing photos has been made of yellow gold, you may select your favorite color of gold from the dropdown menu, and we will make your ring accordingly.

We're also happy to finish your ring however you so choose. It can be given either a high polished or soft brushed finish. Please leave your preference in the note to seller box provided during checkout. If a preference isn't left, your ring will be given a polished finish.

The ring is gorgeous and it arrived within the quoted timeframe. We had some issues with size (ordered too small) and the shop owner & associates were wonderful about letting us resize for free, we just paid for shipping. They also offered extremely helpful advice when it came to how much to resize. Pictured here on my husband’s hand, size 8.75.
