Shipping Cost for Jewelry Findings/Accessories/Craft Items

Shipping charges is set based on the estimated weight of each item that you add to shopping cart as the First item purchased plus the packing materials. Each additional item that you add to shopping cart will be much lesser shipping cost, AUD0.40-AUD1, depends on what item you purchase and your destination countries. Shipping to other countries not mentioned in the shipping destination drop down list, which included under "Elsewhere" is based on DHL shipping cost, so it is much higher. However, please feel free to Convo us your destination countries if you would like to place an order. We can check for you whether there is any other cheaper option. All overcharged shipping cost will be refunded to you once your order is delivered. :)

Why is it out of stocks after I submit my order?

Yes, it happens sometimes to popular items because we are also selling in China locally. We can only update the stocks system here after we get the stock status from China by end of the day. However, we will inform you if there is any of the item is out of order. You can replace it with other items or we can process a refund to you once we ship out your order.

Why we do not accept return/exchange of sold items

We do all check when we receive our stocks and also before packing for delivery to customers, hence chances of defects product are near to zero. If you do receive a defect item, please take a photo immediately after you receive the parcel, contact us and send us the photo. We will investigate and process refund of the defect item cost (exclude shipping charges) to you.

Usually, the delivery will take min 12-18 days to reach you. However, the delivery time very much depends on the custom check, processing centers processing time. If you place order, we assume that you have read our Shop Policy and no refund for any shipped order. Undelivered parcels/Lost in delivery/Custom Issues

We will not compensate your order and shipping cost if the parcel tracking record shows the parcel has arrived in your country but not delivered to you, or showing "Delivered" but you do not receive it or, buyer gives us an incorrect/incomplete address, or buyers shift home after placing orders or, post office confirms parcels lost in delivery or, custom withholds your parcel due to your local import duties/import rules etc as it is out of our control. In case of parcels arrive in your country but you do not receive it, please call up your local post office and contact us immediately. We hope that all buyers should take the responsibility to track your parcel so you can contact us when you find any unusual tracking result.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is min. 5 - 7 days. It can take longer than expected if there is shortage of stock, or due to our local festive seasons, or supply chain disruption etc. In these cases, order processing time will take min. 7 - 12 days. So please be understanding and bear with us if you want to place order. We do not accept any request for refund/cancellation of orders after 1 hr placing your order, especially after we have processed your order for shipment.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

You can cancel your order within 1 hr after payment. All orders placed after you receive our Order Confirmation message via Etsy are not allowed to cancel anymore, especially the order which we have shipped out to you to avoid some buyers taking advantage on Sellers.

15ml Super Gloss Water Resistant Sealer for your resin craft to give a shiny and protective layer.

I CAN USE GLOSSY NAIL POLISH, WHY TO BUY SUPER GLOSS SEALER?

1. It is different from the glossy nail color polish. No strong odor, wont peel off easily like nail polish. It gives a thicker protective AND very shiny layer than nail polish.

2. You can apply to your open bezels/charms to protect the gold/silver color from oxidation.

3. If you have a resin piece which does not cured properly (added too much glitter/resin colorant dye), you can seal it with Super Gloss Sealer and leave it air dry to save your resin piece from throwing it!! :)

4. Seal your resin piece that does not give a shiny, glossy look after demoulding from silicon moulds

5. Fast and easy to apply to your resin piece after sanding compared to using your UV resin to give it a shiny layer.

HOW TO APPLY:-

1. Apply it to the surface of the cured resin piece the same way you apply a nail poslih
2. Leave it air dry for 20 - 30 minutes (you can use a hair dryer to blow it to dry faster but always remember that you should not blow directly or too closely)

SHIPPING COST:

You may find that the shipping charges is higher when you select to buy any of the UV resin / liquid as customs (locally or in your destination countries) are much stricter now when there is liquid in the parcels. In order to ship liquid from China to your countries, we will ship all orders with liquid via Bpost in order to get through the custom check easily :) Any extra shipping charges, as usual, we will process the refund.
