Guaranteed Fit:

We have a “Guaranteed Fit” policy and our Master Tailor scrutinizes all the measurements provided before commencing work on any tailored suit or garment. So, even if your initial measurements are slightly off we are happy to assist you to get everything right. We also offer “Alterations Credit” for any order that requires local alterations.

Since all our garments are made to your specifications, it takes 3-4 weeks for your order to be processed. We want all our garments to be of exceptionally high standard with a perfect fit every time and our tailors pay detail attention to every aspect of each garment to ensure this.

We understand that some orders are extra special. If you need to have your order rushed by a certain date, such as a wedding or graduation, please contact us to arrange an express delivery.

Fabrics:

The range of fabrics we stock is quite diverse, so you will have plenty to choose from in different pattern, weight, color, and design. Customers can also choose their lining fabric which is available in a variety of colors as well, so you can easily add a nice accent to your bespoke suit.

Our Budget range is made up of tropical wool which is not only comfortable for use all year round, but is suitable for both formal and daily wear. It is an ideal range for those who want the fit on a budget. For those who expect more than basics, we offer Premium and Distinguished ranges in wool rich and pure wool fabrics

Wedding suit:

Personalized monogrammed wedding suits and shirts, your entire outfit can be designed and personalized to remember your special day. We ensure that every detail has been well thought out and executed exactly to your requirements bringing you the confidence and self- assurance on your big day.

ALTERATIONS CREDIT

Everything Bespoke is committed to helping you attain the perfect fit suit. More than 95% of our orders require no alterations. For those that do, we encourage tweaking order to your ideal size, with the help of a local tailor and we pay for the cost of your alterations, up to 20% of the purchase cost of your order. Please note that alterations credit is not available for an order that has already been discounted or an order that is part of a special promotion.

The process is simple:

1- Print off our Alteration Sheet.
2- Get product(s) adjusted by your local tailor.
3- Scan and email us the alteration sheet.
4- We will refund the amount to your PayPal account within one week.

Details:

a) Alterations can be redeemed up to one month (30 days) after receiving an order.
b) Alterations credits will only be redeemed if a customer has provided us a scan of our alteration sheet.
c) Once an Everything Bespoke garment is altered, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
