A: All prints are professionally packaged and shipped by professional labs I have been using for years.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: It takes 1 to 2 days to process prints and 2 to 5 days to process Canvas and Metal Prints. It then takes 2 to 5 days for ground shipping depending
on where you live.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
A: Yes, I do offer custom sizes and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Q: Do offer framed prints?
A: Not at this time. If you would like ready to hand prints I might suggest canvas or metal prints. They both come ready to hang.

Shipping Time depends on the product type ordered and where you live typically 2 to 5 days.

Lustre Prints are typically shipped in 2 business days.

Canvas Gallery Wraps are shipped in 3 to 7 business days.

Metal Prints are shipped in 4 to 5 business days.

Most all products are shipped USPS, FED EX or USP Ground. Shipping time can take 2 to 5 days depending on where you live. Contact me and I can be more specific on shipping times.

• Metal Prints are 1mm thick and are finished with a protective white gloss.
• Approx 4-5 days of processing time before product is shipped

Most prints have a original 3 by 2 ratio for prints sizes 8x12, 12x18, 16,24, 20x30 and 24x36.

Print sizes 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 24x30 and 30x40 require the original print to be cropped. So the actual print will look slightly different than the one shown.

If the print you are looking for does not have these dimension options, you can contact me directly. It may be that I do not believe that particular print can be cropped and still look ok.

Panorama Prints are a 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 ratio and those prints only come in the sizes shown for each product. It may be possible to provide an additional size for these prints. Just contact me

Two corners of the picture were bent, but they will be behind the picture mat, so no issues. The picture is gorgeous! Ken offered to replace the photo, but I kept the one I received because the corners are covered with my picture mat.

The first print I received was bent in the mail and Ken was kind enough to send a replacement. The second print was minorly dimpled but considering the size of the print I ordered (30x40) and the fact that it was travelling as far as it did, it's just fine. The quality and clarity of the print on metal is gorgeous and I love seeing it every day. Thanks, Ken!
