Items will be shipped to the provided address If you notice a mistake, please message me asap with the correct address, if the item hasn't been posted yet I will make amendments If it has been posted it is out of my control sadly and would need to be repurchased

Shipping times vary for Uk and international orders Uk orders in non peak times take typically 5 working days to arrive once posted International orders can take 8/10 working in none peak times once posted Peak times ie. Christmas can delay delivery significantly Custom delays are random and do happen for every everyone, these are out of my control All post is sent tracked requiring a signature These times do not include the advertised times it takes to hand make your order

All orders are sent tracked. Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at the point of sale so you can follow your parcel up until delivery. If you miss a delivery, your parcel will make it’s way back to its original destination within 3/6 weeks then will need to be posted again at buyers expense.

To return a item you can use the return shipping label provided ( UK customers only ) , it is usually found on the back side of your shipping label. You must write ‘customer return’ clearly on the package, should you not write this and import tax is charged, the whole cost will be deducted from the refund due. International customers ( outside of UK ) are responsible for the complete cost of returning item(s) and damaged items. Once returned , the items will be inspected and a full or partial refund given upon satisfaction of the product. Damaged items will be refunded after being checked also. They must have no more damage than proven initially. Customised items are not eligible for refunds as they can not be resold

Customs / import fees

Buyers are responsible for any and all customs import fees. Should the custom fees not be paid on time and the parcel destroyed, returned or additional costs be charged, any refund due would have the cost up to the full value including postage deducted.
