For personalised prints if it is absolutely necessary that you receive a proof please put this in the 'note to seller' box when ordering your artwork. The proof needs to be approved with 48 hours otherwise the artwork will be sent out to you as it is.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct personalisation details. If there are any errors in the details received by the customer that are identified once the order has been dispatched the customer will be charged for a replacement. However if there are any errors made by the seller (Nannolica) a replacement will be sent free of charge.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact me. I will need a picture of the damage to start a claim with Royal Mail and will happily replace your order.

Non framed prints are sent standard mail and framed artwork will need a signature from you.

International mail can take up to 25 days and is not considered 'lost' before this.

For UK orders please contact me if after 10 days you haven't received your item.

It depends on the size of the artwork.

Most of my standard size prints, i.e., A4 or 8x10 inches are sold without a frame. Frames these sizes are readily available to buy.

My non-standard size artwork 400mm x 160mm has the option of framing as this is a non-standard size and will require bespoke framing which can be expensive.

If the option to frame your artwork is available you will be able to select this when ordering your print. Choose framed or unframed under the drop down called 'Finish'.
