For orders within the United States, I ship USPS First Class (standard mail) or USPS Priority. I will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience. All items are safely packaged in a box with bubble wrap and/or packing paper and a foam pouch

It is not likely that any items will arrived damaged, due to quality packaging. However, accidents happen! Please message me if any damage occurs during the shipping process, or if you are dissatisfied in any way. I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

My current processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks for most items. The processing time is the time from you placing your order to the time it is shipped.(This does not include shipping time, which is an estimated additional 1-5 days within the United States depending on your shipping option) All of my items are handmade and take time to create. While I do my best to complete all orders in this timeframe, occasionally there may be slight delays. My processing time can also change during peak times (particularly around holidays).
