Overseas customers will receive a tracking number when the order is dispatched if you haven’t received a tracking number please message me. (Please note the time taken to make your nails prior to shipping is currently 1-2 weeks)

I send items to the address the customer provides and am not responsible if the customer gives me incorrect address details. If the nails are sent back to me due to a wrong address being given by the customer I will re send the item once the customer provides the correct address and covers new postal charges if necessary.

To get the longest wear from your nails treat them kindly. Don’t use the nails as a tool for example opening cans with ring pulls, don’t immerse in water for long periods of time (especially if the nails have transfers on them). If you need to file the nails seal the edges with clear nail polish(again this is especially important with nails that have transfers on).

Overseas orders are currently taking longer than usual to arrive due to the coronavirus pandemic- you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order. These delays are completely out of my control so please do not order if you aren’t prepared to wait.

I choose to sell my nails in full sets of 20/24 with two nails of each size so no need to measure. If you know your sizes and don’t want the spare nails or if you need custom sizes just add a note to your order and you’ll get 10 nails. The price is for one set of nails you will not get two sets of 10 in your size and the set will not be half price.

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As a consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers.
