Processing – Our jewelry is custom made. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to be created.

Shipping – Your jewelry will be insured and shipped express DHL at no charge. Shipping normally takes 4-7 business days. If you need your item sooner, you can upgrade to FedEx, which takes 1-2 business days. Please contact us for a quote.

Warranty – We offer a life time guarantee on everything we sell. We assure you that all our items are free from any manufacturing detects. If you find a problem with your jewelry, please contact us and mail it back for our examination. If it turns out that it is a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace you item at no charge to you.

Certification – All of our rings will come with an Independent Certification from IGL (international gemological laboratory) or DGI (diamond gemological institute). All the diamond we use are certified conflict free.

Custom Orders – We will be happy to work with you to create the perfect piece of jewelry that you have always dreamed of. Please message us with a picture or a sketch and we can communicate and design just what you’d like.
